Finally Green!
After finishing an MBA program in October 2021 my immigration lawyer had recommended to apply for the EB2-NIW. At first I thought that could be impossible to achieve, it takes time, patience, lot of focus, but it’s worth, every second of that 1 year and 4 months of waiting. Thanks AM Kotb. That RFE was for medical report and vaccination records. I sent that to USCIS Minneapolis St. Paul Field Office on June 8th, and they approved 8 days later, that was quick!
