Hello everyone, how do you guys know if it is the second Actively reviewing already? Because on my end, ever since I applied for my husband 04/08/22, it says actively reviewing since then. It will only change the processing times when it will says like "2months" or your case is taking longer than expected. Hopefully someone can answer my question, I have been waiting for USCIS decision.

- Moved to NBC in Feb 2023
- Moved to San Fernando Valley (non-local) by the end of Apr 2023 only for principle. Not sure why dependents continued to be at NBC
- 485 approved only for principle
- raised SR for dependents yesterday, waiting for updates
Anyone on similar situation where decision still pending for dependents, pls share and also how much time does it take for the physical card to be delivered?

EAD approved
Hi guys! my EAD has finally being approved, my online status remains the same but I checked on the documents tab and found the approval notice (PD: 11/November/2022). I wanted to ask how to get my SS once the EAD arrives? a lot of people say they do not get it and I urgently need it to arrive asap.

need advice
have been married for 3 years and now my husband wants to divorce and he doesn’t want to do it through court. I want to go through court because we have almost 1 year old baby that I will need help with so I can work.
please if someone went through the same situation I am going through it’s worth it going through court? I feel like I don’t have a choice because he won’t do anything to help with baby if he’s not told by court.

Green card approved
It seems USCIS might be waiving interviews for i485 family based green card after RFE for i693 medical.
Not sure if this is common + I have little data besides my case to back this up, but my lawyer also told me she has seen an increase of waived interviews and quick approvals after submitting a medical RFE.

Hi All,
In December 2022, we started the AOS process through my greencard holder spouse. In order not to risk my valid visa, we applied without waiting for the 2022 tax return. My husband's tax return for 2021 was below the desired rate, but we also showed the cash that had been in the bank for a long time. RFE came about our file and it was stated that they could not determine whether my spouse's sponsorship was sufficient, and new evidence was requested regarding the financial situation or you could add a joint sponsor.
My husband has already filed the joint tax return for 2022 and is is well above the desired amount(56K). We still have cash in the bank.
In this case, would it be sufficient to send my husband's tax return for the year 2022 and our bank account to RFE, or do we have to find a joint sponsor? Our lawyer said that since we applied in 2022, the tax declaration for 2021 is important, and if we do not present a joint sponsor, our file may be rejected. If we reply to RFE with my spouse's 2022, can they reject the file without requesting other RFE? #I485 #rfe
