Actively reviewing
Hello everyone, how do you guys know if it is the second Actively reviewing already? Because on my end, ever since I applied for my husband 04/08/22, it says actively reviewing since then. It will only change the processing times when it will says like "2months" or your case is taking longer than expected. Hopefully someone can answer my question, I have been waiting for USCIS decision.

call uscis and say you need to reschedule interview and it will connect you to a live agent! Ask what you can do in order to get this case going hope theres good news!

don’t disturb yourself. once they review it second time. the status will change to new date. And after check your document section. sometime when they review it second time, you either receive approval or denied. but you will definitely see their decision there as a document uploaded by them

got a 2nd actively reviewing 20 days ago , and just checked in my documents and there is nothing. no document yet . do i have to wait more? @Mayor San

l@R P you have to wait for them to make a decision. in this you have no choice. they are part of government & license to make a decision on each case. I pray you get your approval soon

@Mayor San how do i know if it is a second actively reviewing? mine was actively reviewing ever since I filed I130?
