what happens if you aren't present when your greencard is delivered? do you really need to be home to sign when is delivered? or can someone else do that for me? like a friend?.... guess my card was just print..they did a mistake by posted as mailed to you 🥺 but whatever.. hopefully I get it this or next week
EAD APPROVED😭🙌
Finally after 288 days they approved my EAD, I saw it under the documents section, the status hasn't updated. My PD is 09/08/2022.
It's a Standalone C09 approval. Wondering how long is going to take for the SSN and the card to arrive?

medical Rfe after 2yrs wait
Recieved notice of application I-485 03/2021 and 05/2021 they send deficient since then no update.. until 3 weeks ago I received medical rfe. I sent it immediately like a week ago. does anyone has experience or encounter the same situation. what you guys think of. FO is Minneapols but the application location is Chicago!

hello guys, my i751 was delivered to uscis lockbox on June 4th. the check hasn’t be cashed till today and didn’t get any notification or mail. i heard people say it only takes two weeks to get receipt notice but mine is going to 3 weeks now with noting. do I need to contact uscis##. this is what it says on usps website. “Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO Box at 9:09 pm on June 4, 2023 in CAROL STREAM, IL 60197.”
Can I send medical before I-360 approved ?
hey there, I sent I-360 and I-485 together 1 year ago, I still didn’t get any response on I-360, but I see people who got approved waiting to get a request for a medical and than submitting medical and it’s take one more year to get a green card and really slow down your process
Can I send my medical now, so after approval it’s can take less times( Medical exam valid for 2 years ) ?
or I can send a medical only when they requested from me after approval?
