An electronic signature at the USCIS interview

I attended my marriage based interview yesterday with my USC spouse which went great and simple I must say. The officer only took us through our I-130 and the I-485 forms and made necessary amendments wherever necessary and only asked us how we met. After the interview the officer didn’t say anything approval, denial nor any paper but asked me to sign an electronic signature on an ipad attached to his computer which I don’t know what it was. Please has anyone experienced that before and should I be worried?

Canada to USA Port to seek asylum

#Asylum Hello group members, I am in critical situation. I am on pending Asylum and don't have work permit till now. I want my spouse come to join me in USA. My spouse have Canada tourist visa. Is there any way for my spouse to come to canada and then appear at the USA port of entry to claim Asylum? Can anyone suggest any port of entry to come to the USA to seek asylum? Is there any chance to get deportation while appearing at the border by my Spouse? Does it affect my Asylum case? Do police detain my Spouse? Please suggest me a way. Thanks in Advance. 🙏

Am wondering how long it’s taking to approve the EAD and AOS at the reno office. it’s been 3months but still on the 2nd case is being actively reviewed.

My case was approved and sent to the state department last August 2022). Still there is no update on our case. It states that it’s at NVC. What should I do to get an update on my case?

Can I travel with pending i140

My i140 application has been pending for 450days. I received a very generic RFE for the i140 and sent a response. This was 6months ago.. I raised a service request over a month ago and got another generic response. I have received EAD with Advanced parole, can I travel? What happens if my petition is denied when I am out of the country?Will I still be allowed into the country with the AP? Thank you.

I applied for vawa Full package in Oct 2022. got pfd in Feb 2023, biometrics in April 2023 and they applied the biometrics for I-485, in may 2023 applied the biometrics for I-765. and after that no updates. am I in the right path ???

PD: las vegas office. marriage based had my interview 2 days ago and my case changed to “interview was completed and my case must be reviewed” Ive seen people getting approved right away. am I in a bad spot?

Just notice that I have I-765 C09 stand-alone approval in document yesterday

I-765 still says case being reviewed, and I-131 is still showing recieved and nothing in the document. Please how long do you think I’m gonna have to wait for I-485 decision, sent rfe for medical and I-864 already for over 66days now.
