Can I travel with pending i140
My i140 application has been pending for 450days.
I received a very generic RFE for the i140 and sent a response. This was 6months ago.. I raised a service request over a month ago and got another generic response.
I have received EAD with Advanced parole, can I travel?
What happens if my petition is denied when I am out of the country?Will I still be allowed into the country with the AP?

@Spidey Sensei What is your current status/visa? I don't know your situation but I will not take such risk unless I have visa that is still valid and allows immigrant intent like H1B.

if not I won’t encourage you to travel.

Yeah my current status is H1b but I don't have a visa for that just the approval notice
