Asalamualikum! I wanted to share my timeline and share that it was approved today! Fortunately I did not get an rfe for additional proof. whilst uploading documents, my wife’s picture did not have a white background and made an error on dob. Alhumdulillah!

we filed August 21 . we are still waiting. we have sent multiple service requests, contacted our congressman who was no help and yesterday we filed a case with the omdudsman. how much longer is this going to take, so unfair.

just let you guys know this Lawfully app is not always updated your case so dont relaye on it.had my wife visa interview scheduled 3 weeks ago and on here says still at NVC
