green card holder
hi everyone
I get my green card 16 months ago and I applied for my wife (i130) because of my work in other countrie I have to go every 3 months there and I don’t have work in us yet . it’s make my case any problem. anyone have any info about it?

as a US citizen or Green Card holder you are obligated to pay taxes in the US regardless of where you live
