medical rfe submitted 120 days ago no update
hi everyone
I submitted medical rfe on 2/28/2023 and till this day no update. case status says we are pausing work on your visa but my priority date is earlier than the date on July 2023 visa bulletin.
Called USCIS maybe a month ago they made a request. Still didn’t any answers.
Anyone on the same boat? 120 days to issue a card?
