Changing from Family petition to VAWa petition
Hi family, please advise. October 2022 my husband file for me form I 130,I-765 &, I-485 and I had fingerprints in November 2022. In the process things didn’t go well with our marriage and I fell under marriage abuse and I file VAWa self petition. My question is do VAWa will ask me to go for fingerprint again or my case will just be transfer to VAWa? Do VAWa will ask request some payment again or will waiver from previous spouse petition application?

I am planning to submit my EB2 NIW application and I noticed that there are 2 different ETA Form 9089. one that already expired in 2021 and the new one that would Expire in 2025. Which one should I use? if it's the new one, does anyone have an idea how to fill it? I only know how to fill the expired one. Thank you for your advice.

finally after almost a year waiting for my work permit I finally got it so now waiting on the card. I went through a lot to get my work permit I had to expedite it under financial crisis, then submit my evidence. they was still not reaching out to let me know if they got my evidence or not so I kept calling until an officer reached out to me and let me know that they can’t handle my case so they sending it to NBC. after which it took them 7 days to send me the approval on the mail. Well I thank God this part is over and can work to help my husband provide for our family. Hang tight y’all your next in line don’t stop pushing call them ask them what you can do vent to them because that’s what I did amd they told me what o can do and I did it and the result is EAD was sent out and card is on the way.

El sueño de mi vida.
Buenos días, soy Mary, tengo dos hijos y deseo que se cumpla mi sueño de viajar a Estados Unidos por el parol para cubanos. Me encantan los viajes, la naturaleza, las playas, las montañas. Me encanta viajar con mi familia y disfrutar juntos y ser felices. Sé que en Estados Unidos tendremos que trabajar muchísimo, esforzarnos cada día y planificar bien nuestros ingresos para cubrir nuestras necesidades pero eso vale la pena cuando puedes después disfrutar tu dinero, comprarte las cosas que desees, salir a disfrutar con amigos y con la familia, el trabajo y el sacrificio valen la pena y entonces cada mañana agradeces el estar en ese país, tener energía, salud, un trabajo, una renta y comida. Con el paso de los años quisiera hacer un negocio familiar, estudiar el entorno, la competencia y los principales clientes para saber cuál es el negocio más rentable y empezar a crear mi lugarcito donde lo más importante sea lograr la satisfacción del cliente. Por supuesto tener mi carrito, aunque les confieso que me da un poco de miedo aprender a manejar, pero lo intentaré porque de eso se trata de superarnos cada día. Es el sueño de mi vida y ojalá pronto se me cumpla. ver a mis hijos enarbolarse q se hagan hombres de bien ver a mis nietos crecer y que puedan realizar sus sueños como todo aquellos que han logrado hacer sus vidas con mucho éxito. hojala ese sueño q tenemos mi familia y yo se nos haga realidad es lo que tanto hemos soñado todos y juntos poder disfrutar de una vida plena saludable...muchas gracias....
Does anyone have an I130 number starting with IOE09 that is filling for spouses overseas?
Hello everyone I saw a post that if your I 130 number start from IOE09 means you're adjusting your status In Usa and if yours start with IOE9 means your spouse is filling direct from the consulate.. Please I want to know how true is this.. Thank you
