what is happening to eb1 cases filed in December 2022?
We sumbitted the I485, I765 and I 131 on 12/5/22 but on lawfully and hilities it says TIMELINE2022-12-29 178 days ago Fingerprint Fee Was Received; what do you think happened there? the case was always at nbc.

In my case, EAD received a month ago. AP is pending and I-485 will be pending because PD is not current (NBC - RD 12/27/2022).
