Old or Latest Form ETA 9089
Hello,
I am planning to submit my EB2 NIW application and I noticed that there are 2 different ETA Form 9089. one that already expired in 2021 and the new one that would Expire in 2025. Which one should I use? if it's the new one, does anyone have an idea how to fill it? I only know how to fill the expired one. Thank you for your advice.

I used the expired one as I have read that there's no problem using it.
