EB2 to EB1 after taking up manager role.
Question, can I upgrade to EB1 if I got promoted to manager. if so what will be the process, and steps?

no you cannot , for EB1C you must have served as a manager for 1year outside USA with same employer before claiming for EB1C with a job offer in USA. your best bet would be to work outside of USA for 1year as manager and come back by filing EB1C.
