Fast Approvals
People who got approved in 2-3 months first off congrats but can you tell us if you submitted 1000 pages of evidence for such fast approvals. Asking for the people who have been waiting long lol.

Lol. I'll like to know as well

I think most of the people who got fast approvals are those adjusting from valid visa to the greencard and who aren't out of status!

@teetee fabulous wrong, i’m inside and still waiting since November 2022 they still working on Trump bill last case you receive the first case you work on

must of the cases that are approved quick are the ones that are already in the US. I’ve sent 147 photos of us with families, travelings and wedding day.., 20 pages of money transactions, 3 notarized letters from families and friends… and still don’t get approved 😔it’s doesn’t matter the amount of proof you show😔

@teetee fabulous I’ adjusting from valid visa to greencards, I have been legally studied and worked in US for 8/9 years. My husband is a US citizen and ironically he also works for the federal government . And my case is not that fast….so I would say it’s just pure luck.

@teetee fabulous Ohh haha thanks! I mailed all my documents out on April 7th, delivered by 11th but only got the receipt on April 20th. So I guess it’s 20th… I thought my timeline has been slow because my bio was scheduled on May 24th, when most ppl get it scheduled one or two weeks from the receipt so I filed an expedited request. But since my EAD got approved this week I guess I have nothing to complain anymore LOL
teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹Jun 26, 2023
@E S So you just submitted documents basically 2 months ago and already you have received work permit. So how does that differ from my comment? Did you realize that the post was stated people getting approved 2-3 months??? Now read my comment that you responded to again.

@teetee fabulous You don’t need to be so rude. You are the one who should read other people’s replies. As I said in my previous comment, my receipt and my bio was slower than most of the cases. And up until last weekend I didn’t know my EAD was approved. I also said now that my EAD is approved I don’t have anything to complain. And just for your information, having a valid visa and being inside the states is a very generic situation for most people. Although my case is now on track and not slow anymore, I do see people filling in a similar timeline as me getting approved not very fast.

@E S I'm not being rude I'm just trying to point out that what I said had some grounds as to the reason why others were approved so early. You have gotten a work permit in 3 months. If you should do a poll to see wht kind of cases gets it that quickly then you'll understand, because they are people here waiting for wayyyyy longer just for a work permit even up to a yr.

@teetee fabulous okay, sorry for saying you are rude. I might have got a wrong impression from your previous comment . But to file 130, 131 and 765 concurrently with your 485, you just have to be in the states. Otherwise you are not qualified for concurrent. And most people do need a valid visa to enter the states. I think this post is meant mostly for 485 got approved in 2-3 months. I also don’t know what are the factors influencing that. But for 765 and 131, I agree being in F1 or H1b status might make your 765 approved faster especially if you can expedite. Other legal visa status such as traveling or visiting family on the other hand, might be slower.

@E S I'm glad you're understanding what I'm trying to say now. In regards to the valid visa. Yes everyone needs a valid visa to enter. What I meant was that your visa is still current, you haven't violated any conditions of it, it has not expired and you're still in status at the time of your application.

@teetee fabulous well, that’s the bare minimal requirement of ‘legally being in the US’…I don’t think people who are experiencing a longer wait is because they were staying here illegally after their visa expired.
