@Zhar KS my only guess is bec I applied during covid time (May 2020). it got piled up i guess. until i follow up then it start moving

In the USCIS website they have an option of you think that your application is beyond their normal process, you can inquire to them.

@karrar A I guess they waived the interview. I live here in the states. so part of my application is adjustment of status as well.

@Zhar KS the RFE is medical only that i need to submit which is part of the requirement.
It depends on how many months your application has already been. For my kind of application if im not mistaken its 36 months. if the application is more than that, you can inquire. and thats what i did.
