Final approval for Eb1c India
Today we are done with biometrics and rest all the procedures and stages are done except Interview which we are eligible for waiver pd Dec 2022 was currently at that time. also received letter stating to be adjudicated in the fiscal year 2023 before September if we respond to all required details which we have done
My question is now how long you all think we should expect for the approval. please advise and share your timeline
please note our biometrics should have done long back but this was the last step we had to finish I guess

I spoke with live agent and she said Your interview is waived. So, they will just request your doctor physical report through a RFE. Also I submitted inquiry and they said “Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center” (on June 20)
do you guys any similar cases like that? should I wait rfe or I can send my physical to my local office.

Hi everyone I don’t know if anyone here has been through what I’m about to ask, please I need help. I came into the states 7years ago as an F1 student l, went to school for just 2 semesters and couldn’t continue before of my family problems, so I overstayed my visa. I got married in December 25th 2021 and filed in July 21st 2022. Got my work permit and still waiting for my 130 to be approved because I will be approved in Jesus name. Now this is the problem, I have an emergency and I applied for Emergency travel document, but everyone is saying once I go, there’s a probability I won’t be admitted again because I had overstayed my visa and that’s an offense. I thought marriage forgives overstaying 😩 please who has a similar case should help me.

I filled for the K1 visa. I received my first notice of application on December 9, 2022. I planned to visit my fiancé this may of 2023 but a war broke out unexpectedly. The airline returned our tickets. The war is so bad. Everything is bombed. Even the airport. I did an expedite request through my Senator. so I am just waiting for an approval. but I’ve seen that the next process at the NVC or national visa center is also long! any tips? we just need to get my fiancé out for his safety!

RFE Medicals Service Request
I submitted RFE response in April 25th. Today a live agent through Emma finally allowed me to put a service request, as more than 60 days have gone by without an answer. They told me my target day for a response is July 21st.
Does anyone have experience with the service request? Is that target date really accurate?
