no approvals yesterday at msc?
I woke up this morning and all my cases had disappeared from uscis case status app- I tried to check hilities, and everything says null. did anyone else experience this? do you think it’s the tool outage 6/28-6/29?

if you notice https://egov.uscis.gov, they rolled out a new interface. their upgrade newer version might have caused the issue. a lot of people on reditt also complained the same.
