Hello friends. I wanted to tell that by June 26th, we got our interview letter from the US #Ankara Embassy, Turkey. interview is on Aug 22nd. Benificiery is Turkish citizen and the Petitioner is an American citizen. I’ll leave the timeline below to give you guys an idea. Best wishes to all. ☺️🌸

finally approved!
it has been a long journey. filed for minor son and spouse concurrently, my husband received employment authorization card on 12/2022. I-130 was approved on 5/5/23. the interview went well the officer told us we were approved and should receive the card whitin two weeks from the interview, even like that it took almost two months for the approval

No receipt number
How long does it take to receive a receipt number from uscis after they received your mail? it's been almost 30says since I mailed my husband documents to the uscis office at Chicago and it was received on the 7th of June. The Filling fees has not been deducted from my account and no acknowledgement from them. but I tracked the mailed it shows delivered.

Hi guys, my processing timeline recently changed from 1 week to Your case is taking longer than expected to process.
Please who knows how long I will have to wait to get an answer? No approval for EAD, Parole and green card yet.....am worried
Marriage based I485 approved without interview
All praise is to Allah. Got my green card after somewhat of a long wait. On the brighter side, the delay resulted in me getting a GC without conditions.
Lesson learnt: Things come to you at the right time. Make sure to do what is in your control and leave the rest to God.
I want to thank the Lawfully community as well. Listening and interacting with others on the same journey helps a ton.
