Embassy or Consular Interview
Hello Family,
I need the assistance of people who have already interviewed or who have completed the action of uploading required documents to their CEAC portal after receiving an interview letter or prior to their interview day.
The embassy or consulate requested we upload the most recent or updated tax documents, an affidavit of Support, proof of legal status, a W-2, etc. to our CEAC portal prior to the interview.
There are two separate tabs when you click on documents, i.e., Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents.
Could you please advise under what tab (Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents) the following documents should be uploaded prior to the interview:
1. Updated or new AOS, W2, Tax transcript, etc.
Are these documents to be uploaded under the AOS tab (i.e., Additional AOS Supporting Documentation for the Petitioner)?
2. Updated or new police report and evidence (call logs, chats, photographs, proof of relationship, etc.).
Are these documents to be uploaded under the Civil Document tab (i.e., Optional Documents for the Beneficiary)?
OR
3. Can I collectively upload all the required new or updated documents under the Civil Document tab of the beneficiary?
Could you please kindly share, after receiving your interview letter, what sections you uploaded specific documents and evidence to prior to your interview appointment?

thank God everything worked in the right time, be patient take a check of your priority dates. Everything will work out from Texas center to NBC to New York VC. May 2022 to June 2023

Form I-175 Questions
Good afternoon,
1.)I will be filing the I-175. For 2021 my husband and I filed married filing seperatley and only have Tax Return Transcripts am I able to file those or bc we filed Married Filing Seperataly we don't send it?
2.) Do I provide his passport photos?
3.) I have seen contradicting info on what photo evidence to provide. Some say since we've gotten married (some of which I provided for the first green card) and others say anything I have that has not been filed before?

Mailing Green Card Forms
Hi, does anyone know if I can mail my green card application and other forms from a different state than the one I live in? I have my current address listed on the forms and will be mailing it to the right lockbox but wasn’t sure if the sending postal office location matters.
Case Delayed :/
my case seems to have been significantly delayed.. USCIS informed me processing of my case has been delayed due to security checks like a month ago when I did an inquiry. at this point I’m clueless as to when I’ll be approved.. I got a second active review on May 8, 23 and nothing in docs.. seems I’ll have a major delays unfortunately.. Not sure what to do.. I’ll wait until it’s been 15 month and contact the senator…
