No, it will not. If it becomes current then the same problem that led us here will happen again. People with recent PD will be aproved but those who have done 2 to 3yrs will be left hanging. It's a marathon and not a sprint... anyone thinking of EB3 UNSKILLED right now should have 5 to 6yrs in mind Only way it becomes current is if USCIS retrogresses 1 or 2 countries for overcap so ROW can move on

Lets do the math. 10000/12months that is roughly 833 visa/month. That 833 visa will be then divided to the different countries or the maximum issuance per country on a fiscal year is 70 applications(7% cap/per country).

@Z Q not trying to give hope to people too since my PD is April 2021. But i do agree with you and i do think that it should move at least to 01 June 2021. If it doesnt move at least to that, then idk wtf is uscis is even doing. Shit just dont make sense if they cant even move 1.5 years forward after 1 year of retrogression and 3+ years until current cases.
