Final approval for Eb1c India
Today we are done with biometrics and rest all the procedures and stages are done except Interview which we are eligible for waiver pd Dec 2022 was currently at that time. also received letter stating to be adjudicated in the fiscal year 2023 before September if we respond to all required details which we have done
My question is now how long you all think we should expect for the approval. please advise and share your timeline
please note our biometrics should have done long back but this was the last step we had to finish I guess

yes it is not but received letter from FO it is still not sure by what time line will they adjudicate the reason may change later as well That is why I am confused too will they Aos happen if yes then by when should I expect

it will end up being "Case remains pending". looks like they are sending these courtesy notices to ensure quick processing.

@Be positive so in that sense, anyone having PD prior to Dec 2022 should also expect letter to be adjudicated in FY2023. this is weird as letter from USCIS means that they’re confirming Dec 2023 PD to get gc by Sep 2023. so does that mean FAD is going to move forward till dec 2022 in the next couple of months?

this was a rfe where it’s asking to submit the required documents stating Sumit documents as soon as possible if you would like tour case to be considered for visa allocation for this fiscal year which ends on September 30,2023 also processing time cannot be guaranteed

seems like this is a similar msg for cases where they’re sending rfes. doesn’t guarantee to be processed within Sep as pd if non.current.
