RFE Medicals Service Request
I submitted RFE response in April 25th. Today a live agent through Emma finally allowed me to put a service request, as more than 60 days have gone by without an answer. They told me my target day for a response is July 21st.
Does anyone have experience with the service request? Is that target date really accurate?

I did it twice! the first time they just said my case was in the processing time and the second time they approved after 2 weeks.

@Paula Newark FO did you get your rfe by email or by mail? my FO is Newark too but i got medical rfe by email, i submitted my foem personnally on april 11 and still nothing
