k1 visa
hi guy!
I filled for the K1 visa. I received my first notice of application on December 9, 2022. I planned to visit my fiancé this may of 2023 but a war broke out unexpectedly. The airline returned our tickets. The war is so bad. Everything is bombed. Even the airport. I did an expedite request through my Senator. so I am just waiting for an approval. but I’ve seen that the next process at the NVC or national visa center is also long! any tips? we just need to get my fiancé out for his safety!

@Sara love You would also have to send an expedite request to the NVC upon USCIS approval. Did you already transfer the case to another embassy?
