my wife and I got a update on lawfully and USCIS site that our interview was scheduled which is pretty exciting after a year of waiting. will USCIS post the letter that they are sending to us on the USCIS site where we log in? just because we want to let our employers know in advance about the appointment. basically in other words is there anyway to see it before it comes in the mail?

PD Nov 22. I140 approved May. But EB1 already retrogressed so waiting for Consular processing in Canada. Got laid off. If I join another company, can I continue the process or should I restart the process? if I restart the process, will I retain my PD or will everything be wiped out and I will start new?
Promotion after green card
Hello everyone. Is it okay to accept a promotion a few weeks after getting the green card from the same employer? Will it affect the green card in any way or the naturalization process?? I am getting mixed feedback on this and I really need some clarity and peace of mind while accepting this promotion. Thanks in advance.
Frustrated
I can never seem to understand it. My original case is 444 days old and I applied for VAWA 8 months ago and still not a damn thing. I went through the congressman since my lawyer wanted $500 on top of the already $9500 I have to pay her to file an expedite request. USCIS excuse is my expedite request is being reviewed by an adjudications officer but due to delays “NOT RELATED “ to my case it may be delayed. If it has nothing to do with my case why should I keep suffering because of their incompetence to be effective and actually put the effort in finalizing cases filed over a year or 2 ago instead of putting those on the back burner and approving all these new applications. it’s as if they want you to suffer and be treated like crap first in order for them to see how it affects you.
