Email request for evidence to Expedite I131
Can anyone advice on what documentation to include? My lawyer is responding and they have my mom’s medical report stating her various health conditions. I need to travel home.
I765 is already approved. I485 is pending.
All submitted June 2022.

I have done all I can do RFE for medical recieved 4/3/23 wait 60 days June 30th called yes your case needs to be escalated now wait another 30 day status changes on 7/9 actively reviewing again now you can’t call till 8/9 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡mean while everyone else who applied after the rules changed are all getting approvals not hating congratulations!

Hey Guys,
This is amazing new, I just checked my account and I saw that the I-485 was approved. I really hope from the bottom of my heart that everyone who's still waiting will hear the same news very soon too 🙏🙏.
I have a query tho, none of the rest of my cases: I-130, i-765 and i-131 are approved yet..
What does this mean and what's next steps please as I have no clue.

Bonafide marriage proof for EB1
I am non-ROW and my wife is ROW. We got married in last July and both applied I-485 in Sept. We know each other since 3 years. Today received a RFE to provide proof of bonafide marriage since marriage. What all proofs in your experience we can send? Should we send proofs from last 3 years or only from marriage onwards? Thank you

hello everyone, I checked my uscis timeline yesterday and found out that I now have different estimated time for i130 and i765.
i130 states 2months until case decision
i765 states 6months until case decision
please is it normal to have separate estimated time and why is i765 still 6months before decision.
filed all i130, i485 and i765 on March 15,2023.
