I have done all I can do RFE for medical recieved 4/3/23 wait 60 days June 30th called yes your case needs to be escalated now wait another 30 day status changes on 7/9 actively reviewing again now you can’t call till 8/9 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡mean while everyone else who applied after the rules changed are all getting approvals not hating congratulations!

4 months and 10 days since I submit my rfe for medical it still says reviewing I don’t look at it because I’m not gonna be depressed by anything I can’t even get a good job without that residency card I stopped looking everyone say I don’t meet the minimum requirement I’m doing Uber and Lyft
