Email request for evidence to Expedite I131
Can anyone advice on what documentation to include? My lawyer is responding and they have my mom’s medical report stating her various health conditions. I need to travel home.
I765 is already approved. I485 is pending.
All submitted June 2022.

last time I asked for an expedite I wrote a letter explaining the whole situation and added all medical records and medical letters
