RFE for NIW
Dear good people,
I sent the response to my 3 prongs RFE on 8th June that I received on my EB2 NIW petition back in February from TSC. When should I expect a decision based on your personal experience? It’s regular processing.
Your input would be highly appreciated.

I have been waiting for my NIW for two and a half years. RFE for 2months. fck the immigration dept and all that work there…

We are almost in the same boat.
I sent my RFE response in June 24th.
it’s been 20 days and no response yet.
Hopefully we’ll get a response soon 🍀

Hello! without decision. Priority date October 27. date I responded to the request for additional evidence May 24. expecting!
