Have anybody contacted their state senator for assistance with the pending case?
What could the state senators do for you? Please share your experience. thanks

Senator office will contact USCIS and they will get a response that the case was within the time limit. Senator office will forward you that. Nothing else will happen.

agree with the other two comments here, contacted congresswoman three weeks ago, some delays and received the response from them today that the earliest their office can contact uscis again is in October

my case is pending for 390* days now, I was planning to contact them because uscis didn't respond to my expedite request...

I never tried because of the complexities of immigration. Might as well be patient and happy with the benefits of your AOS.

@J A Can you be more specific? I appreciate every point of view. Thanks for the advice, but sometimes it's not about patience, you might not be in a situation where you need your case approved asap, but some of us are. That's exactly why they have different options for us to speed up the process and when you're in need you're reaching and knocking on every door, I hope that's okay with you 😄
