PD Nov 22. I140 approved May. But EB1 already retrogressed so waiting for Consular processing in Canada. Got laid off. If I join another company, can I continue the process or should I restart the process? if I restart the process, will I retain my PD or will everything be wiped out and I will start new?

nope š you have to start from scratch unfortunately. good luck! you might retain your PD. everything else have to start from scratch.

I think you wont retain it unless your i-140 was approved 180days ago but if not then you start from scratch

the portability rule says that I485 has to be pending for at least 180 days with an approved I140. but Iām not able to find clear details on what happens to the underlying I140 if I485 is not filed.
