what does current mean ? what’s bulletins means ! sorry i have no clue about all this! the only thing i know i submitted my documents on 11/25/22 and more than 3 weeks ago i received an RFE and last week my RFE was received..

@sana sannou it's means a visa should be available so they can do finall action on your case if it's not they can't do that. and based on bulletin they are doing cases that applied befor 2017. the bulletin updates every month

@sam shirahoo please does it also mean nvc will keep your file after DQ before sending to consulate for interview?

@Jane Frances Yes, you will not get an interview letter until your priority date becomes current, even if your NVC documents have all been approved before the retrogression. It‘s unbelievable
