I-907 - upgrading to premium processing
Did anybody filed the form I-907 by youself? My lawyers charged me $750 to file the upgrade, and I dont want to pay this amaount for a the service that takes 5 minutes. But I do have questions related to part 2. what informartion should I add on item “3. Classification or Eligibility Requested”? My case is EB2 NIW.
Also, I read on USCIS website that item 1-8 of part 2 need to be filled, or the form will be rejected. Do I need to enter information for items 6 and 7 related to company or organization even if I applied without a company?

I485 processiing
I am from Nepal, and I want to share some information about my green card application in the EB3 category.
My priority date is June 2022, and I submitted my I485 application in April 2023. At the time of filing, the priority date was current, but it retrogressed from May 2023 onwards. It has now been over 80 days since I filed my I485, and I haven’t yet received a notice for a Biometrics appointment. The most recent update I received from USCIS was a mailed notice about a week after submitting my application, which stated that "our National Benefit Center Location is working on your case."
I am wondering if they will process my application before the priority date becomes current again. Despite the visa retrogression, shouldn't I have already been scheduled for a biometrics appointment?
Request to add household member on CEAC
we requested to add a household member on CEAC, does anyone know how long does it take to approve/allow submission of documents?
It’s been 2 days and we still can’t submit the documents, it just says ‘N/A’.

Queries regard the process for I-485, I-765 and I-131
hello all
I received email form USCIS one yesterday and another today email from USCIS stating the same thing “We have taken action on your case” but nothing is updated in the system and now I’m kind of worried what’s going on. I spoke to an agent all they mentioned after numerous tries that my interview was waived and now my question is I have already interviewed once before my I-130 approval and it got approved and then submitted my I-485, I-765 and I-131 and it’s been 7 months now. I don’t know what to do. Any I for would help..appreciate all your help
Retrogression
My case since June 29th is at Chicago FO.
Does anyone know how long it will take to have a case approved after it was transferred to a FO?
I’m so worried because in August my PD will be no longer current. I am so frustrated, I don’t know what else I can do.
I don’t have any hopes at this point.
Finally Approved
Below is my timeline. The first RFE was to send in our taxes for the most recent year. The second was for the medical. We submitted the medical along with the other forms
(#I-485, #I-765, #I-130, #I-131). However, there were changes to the medical requirements and new forms for 2023. We followed the instructions in the notice and submitted to USCIS.
Once approved, “CARD WAS PRODUCED” on July 10, 2023 and delivered today, July 13, 2023.
