@Darden Fl it’s usually a good thing, meaning the FO completed their review and have made no objection and Nebraska can make a decision. . If u don’t mind me asking, how did u file your mandamus, who filed it and how much it cost u ?

My case transfer to another office I just saw today. I hop they move in faster. been waiting since August. 2020

could it be that they are not adjudicating your case because they still consider your case within the “normal processing” timeframe? i know they keep on increasing the timeframe which is ridiculous but maybe that’s the reason. When we submitted the mandamus our case was outside the processing time because we filed before they increased back in May and our case was adjudicated in less than 30 days. Maybe we just got very lucky but what USCIS is doing is so unfair. We should not have to sue them to get an answer. We’re all already paying so much money for this whole process.

OCT 2020- my case was moved from Nebraska to Potomac in June and now back to Nebraska in July

same thing has happened to me. I was transferred back to Nebraska on July 12 I’m October 2020

TL I got dismissed on 8/9 was day 59 they said something about jurisdiction I got copy of the papers the lawyer said will demand back they give 15 days to get back and not sure if will help is sucks idk about loosing my 3k but my priceless time I wish will all demand this government for all we wait and the traumatic process

mandamus filed on Feb and nothing hapening ! don’t look like it’s working , they said it take 60 days for uscis to respond ! my case it’s 5 months almost and nothing just transfer no decision
