@Cherif 1 Damn your EAD is it C09 or C31 cos if it’s C31 you wouldn’t get it until your vawa is approved.

@M sheikh this is not normal at all, my EAD and advance parole are taking for ever. try to reach them, nothing, my lawyer also tried nothing. I don’t even know what else to do.

@Cherif 1 initially they approved the ED it will take 12 months due to lack of cases the patience you’ll get it 🔜

it’s just their own incompetence. Nothing wrong with your case. USCIS is just a business bureau made to make millions of dollars out of immigrants.

Also, when I apply it was only 26 months and I thought I have to wait 26 months and now is 34 I don’t know why if you we applied when it was 26 months we have to wait now the FK 34 in not rigth , 😡for us people who applied two years ago they need to respect the processing times
