So the I-130 case has been 456 days and a usa citizen file just keeps on getting transferred from one Service center to another. I had spoke with Emma and they just say it is processing it took 456 days to process this and keep me away from my family???

My minor son has an approve I-130. I file 131 travel document and I485 about a month ago. I received an update that he was scheduled for biometrics. Unfortunately his father died today in my country. How can I expedite his travel document so we can attend the funeral and how long will it take.

I485 approved week ago, no further update
hi folks, My wife, kid and my i485 got approved on July 6th. my wife and kid received their green cards in mail today (their case status’ got updated to card was mailed, etc over the past week) , but my case status is still showing “case was approved” and card didn’t arrive yet. I am happy that my case is approved, but not receiving card is making me nervous (I waited for years for green card) . anyone noticed delays in receiving green card recently. I saw posts about EAD card printing delays because of vendor change, not sure there are delays for green card printing as well.

My I-765 still says being actively reviewed. Has that happened to anyone else? Do they just send the GC and not worry about employment card?

hello Lawfully friends, i am very desperate and i need help! I filed for I-130 3 yers ago and it gott approved in September 2022, i filed for I-485 and I-131 in april 27 2022 , I should of applied for all when i did I-130 but a stupid lawyer told me not to even though i am inside usa, when i first applied my husband was a permanent resident and then he became a usa citizen but i haven’t changed the status yet because I don’t know how ti do that, i came in usa legaly as a f1 student and i graduated, i got my employment authorization already, tomorrow i can file for inquiry about I-131 because it’s out of normal processing time, do you guys think it would help, or should I update my husband’s status?
