My I-765 still says being actively reviewed. Has that happened to anyone else? Do they just send the GC and not worry about employment card?

@Clara Del Piero Hey, the rfe was not medical. I sent in everything at once, all the applications and the medical. The rfe was about the I-864 I guess we didn’t fill it out correctly and also my birth certificate with a full English translation. A month later they sent me another rfe for the birth certificate again I’m not sure why.

@dee law I actually got 2 rfe. the first one was for the I-864 my guess is that we didn’t fill it out correctly and for my birth certificate with a full English translation which I did send with the original application so I don’t know if they didn’t see it or what. A month later they sent me another rfe for my birth certificate again. I sent in all of it again and a month after they approved it.
