hi guys, I just wanted to check is there anyone from February 2023 who got approved? it’s been 6 days now since my case status changed to “Your case is being actively reviewed”, and I just wanted to know how long will I have to wait to see “Approved” finally? thanks to all ❤️

I applied on 7/10/23. I know it’s only been a few days. however, things were moving soooo fast. I got the biometrics appointment for 7/28/23 completed. the same day of biometrics case said “actively being reviewed by Uscis”. my question is, how long would th i765 take from there? also, what form gets approved first, the i130 or i765?

Hoy recibi correo de uscis de taken accion, al revisar en la cuenta la única diferencia es que la I765 sale como caso cerrado,pero sin ninguna actualización,fue pedido por asilo pendiente hoy con 15 dias de aplicado al i765 y 165 del asilo, que puede significar eso, que negaron el caso ?

Possibility of Oath Ceremony same day as Interview?
Update: Got approved and same day oath ceremony. My appt was for 8:25AM on a Tuesday. Actual interview time was around 9:45AM. I'm done with USCIS!
Hey all, my interview in NYC is next Tuesday. I'm feeling good and confident about getting approved. What are the odds of getting sworn in same day? I might have to travel within the next 1-2 months and curious to see if I can get everything sorted out and a US Passport by then. I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but very confident with my application :)

i need some advice
good morning y’all.when i filed vawa last year i was in NJ .I didn’t file the travel document.the lawyer i hired is in New York,i don’t talk to her anymore because she’s so rude.
I currently live in another state but I didn’t change my adress because my attorney is the one who will receive everything for me.,& i hired another attorney just to file my travel document for me.
now i want to contact my congressman to send an expedite request for my avance parole.
do i have to contact the congressman where i used to live in jersey or the one of the city where I ‘m currently living in?
