removal proceedings
hey guys, I got my i130 approved last year , I am in removal proceedings my lawyer insisted we should wait until December for my individual hearing to adjust my i485 but I am worried and thinking to terminate it then go back to uscis. what is ur advice guys ? thanks

@freeman 1 why dont you have your lawyer submitt a request and see if they close your case without you having be there. I had my final hearing for august this year and my lawyer submitted a resquest to closed my case and they did i was able to go back to my country and came back and applied for adjustment of status.

my lawyer submitted a request to court house before he sent the request i had to get a police report proof my i130 was approved showing wr had 2 kids they submitted it and within 2 weeks i got the letter my case was closed. 2 months later i went to my country with advance parole and when i came back applied for adjusment of status.
