Approval..!!
So relived, my daughters approval came through this morning!! It took me sending my local congressman an email for it to be approved as the waiting time after I had submitted her medicals was ridiculous.
I throughly belive had I not had done that I would still be waiting, so those waiting for an approval after submitting medicals, please do reach out to your local congressman and simply explain that the time waiting is over 90 days.
Glad my journey is over, good luck to everyone still waiting, I wish you all the best!!!

Timeline for approval I-485 from CRP once current?
Hi everyone! I submitted my I-485 in Jan 2023, my PD is 1 March 2022. I got the case remains pending status on July 1, and as of today I am current. does anyone have experience or knowledge as to how long it may take to get approval once current from CRP status? thanks!!

NVC welcome letter
My I-129F application was approved back in May 25th 2023. I am still waiting for NVC to send me welcome letter. If any of you guys received the welcome letter for form I-129F please provide me the date. Your welcome letter received date will help me estimate how long I should wait.

file for kids out of the US
Hi lawfully family,
I am a conditional GC holder (Us citizen spouse) and I am about to file to remove conditions to get the 10 years. I have my kids out of the US and I want to know what are the best ways if want to file the removal of conditions and file for the kids simultaneously. I did put them on my file when I first adjust my status but did not pay fees for them (having hardships financial at that time). what forms should I use for the kids???

Hello all-
I’m kind of stressed I just received this notification stating that my case was I-485 is administratively closed. Kindly please share your experience. it stated that they mailed out the notice explaining why they closed it. Is is a good thing or bad any information is highly appreciated. Thanks
