file for kids out of the US
Hi lawfully family,
I am a conditional GC holder (Us citizen spouse) and I am about to file to remove conditions to get the 10 years. I have my kids out of the US and I want to know what are the best ways if want to file the removal of conditions and file for the kids simultaneously. I did put them on my file when I first adjust my status but did not pay fees for them (having hardships financial at that time). what forms should I use for the kids???

have your husband apply for them or you can apply yourself for them

submit evidence of hardship and check website and they could waive the fees check out the USCIS website how to get fees waived
