It has been three times my status has been set to “Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS”
How many times before it gets approved? it has been more than +600 days but nothing.
it’s frustrating.
Our Field office is Dallas, Tx.

anybody who knows?
anybody who knows how long it takes after submitting expedited to Uscis for my husband who's overseas? it's i130 appplication. I called Uscis today and they say it's pending is that a good thing that they didn't denied the request right away? and the agent said if they need additional information I will get a request in my email.
