No receipt notice for H4 EAD?
It's been 3 weeks since we filed Form I-765 for H4 EAD. We filed it separately after my spouse's I-140 was approved for EB2-NIW since the ROW isn't current. However, the Phoenix, AZ Lockbox Support team has not issued a receipt notice yet, and the check has not been cashed. Is this delay common for EAD receipt notices?
i130 denied after motion to reopen what now?
Hello everyone,
My stepfather applied for me when I was 16, case got denied this year due to abandonment, they claim that I abandoned the case because I didn’t reply to an rfe that I was not aware of ( didn’t receive by mail or online). Next we filed a motion to reopen, and now i130 is denied. Will my stepdad be able to reapply for me, I’m currently 19 is it to late? Please any advice would be helpful thanks.
P.s l also sent a letter to my congressman about the motion for support thinking that it was going to help, but after a week or two that’s the response I got. I don’t know what to think, maybe if I didn’t contact them , the case would have been fine, I’m just losing my mind
IR1 waiting CDJ
Hey PEeps! I hope all are doing well! I was wondering is it possible to transfer my IR1 to a different consulate in mexico im currently at NVC awaiting interview in Cd Juarez its been a few months now and i still haven’t received a response from NVC im a US citizen filing for spouse and i was wondering is it possible to transfer my case to a different embassy/consulate in mexico and will the interview wait times be faster and are they preforming IR1 interviews? I read NVC website that all K1 cases for interviews have been transferred to mexico city! Could it be possible to transfer my IR1 case to a different one other than CD Juárez?Example like mexico city? Guadalajara? Tijuana?

can i expidate due to heavy financial problems
im a nurse student and preparing for the board exams , i have 3 boys the eldest is 12, and unable to work fulltime due to studying and also taking care of them and also having financial problems on top of it i was wondering can i expidate my case has been at thr nvc for almost 4 months now!!!

Hi lawfully members, I have one question regarding medical …Two months before I got RFE for medical and after one month I send it to USCIS and two weeks before USCIS updated my status that they received my medical.. TOday they again told me to send MEDICAl.. They have same letters before and now one. Is this error or what should I have to do with this situation could someone please let me know!!!Thanks!!!
