DQ for both kids
Hello all,
I filed for my 2 kids, separately though..first one Dq'ed almost a year ago and second just Dq'ed.
is there a possibility that both can be scheduled for interview at same time or if there's anything or step I can take to make that happen?
will be interviewing in Nigeria.

I-130 Case is being actively reviewed
Hey, me again 😂 ok, so when we filed in February 2023 the i-130 our processing time was 11 months. in june it changed to 2 months, then very quickly to 4 weeks, and then showed up that case is taking longer than expected… few days after, on July 27th we got that our case is being actively reviewed… and now I’m really anxious because I don’t know when we can expect an answer.. is there anyone who got approved in this time?

I’ve not had anything since then, not even the online access code. I know it’s still early days but curious to see what others experienced

To me it was a long wait and anxiety provoking situation to be in. Especially not being able to travel: I missed my brother’s wedding, and many other important milestones.

Finally approved
filed in late June 2022, received ead in December 2022, no AP. Had the interview on May 25th. 485 got three actively reviewed, the third one was on June 16. uploaded some more evidence on my 130 case last Friday still no decision on 130, don’t know this helped or not but 485 got approved today. fo Florida Tampa
