filed in late June 2022, received ead in December 2022, no AP. Had the interview on May 25th. 485 got three actively reviewed, the third one was on June 16. uploaded some more evidence on my 130 case last Friday still no decision on 130, don’t know this helped or not but 485 got approved today. fo Florida Tampa

@child of grace thank you. the officer first asked us the basic information regarding 130 (mostly for my husband coz he’s the petitioner). then he asked our story. last he ask me the security questions on 485. the interview took about 20 minutes

I uploaded new evidence that weren’t in the original application package: 10+ photos showing us at different location and time, 10+ fb posts that family and friends mentioned us for our activities together, 20+ screenshots of our text messages from 2021 till this month, car insurance on the same policy for current. No financial documents uploaded for sensitive personal information concern.
don’t bother to upload more evidence if you filed recently, but if you have an interview coming up, def upload new evidence before the interview!!!!!!!
