i130 denied after motion to reopen what now?
Hello everyone, My stepfather applied for me when I was 16, case got denied this year due to abandonment, they claim that I abandoned the case because I didn’t reply to an rfe that I was not aware of ( didn’t receive by mail or online). Next we filed a motion to reopen, and now i130 is denied. Will my stepdad be able to reapply for me, I’m currently 19 is it to late? Please any advice would be helpful thanks. P.s l also sent a letter to my congressman about the motion for support thinking that it was going to help, but after a week or two that’s the response I got. I don’t know what to think, maybe if I didn’t contact them , the case would have been fine, I’m just losing my mind

I think he can. as long as he got married to your parent before you turned 18. I’m not too sure but that’s what I think
