anybody who knows?
anybody who knows how long it takes after submitting expedited to Uscis for my husband who's overseas? it's i130 appplication. I called Uscis today and they say it's pending is that a good thing that they didn't denied the request right away? and the agent said if they need additional information I will get a request in my email.

(loss of income) and (medical) I got in a car accident and due to that im unable to work as I used to before and im pregnant and things have been really hard for me without my husband. I'm just praying and hope it gets approved
