WHY WOULD USCIS DO THIS?
I have been reading that an advance parole does not guarantee one’s re-entry into the U.S. Why the hell would you grant someone and advance parole, but restrict them? I really want to visit my home country but this restriction is holding me back. What are the conditions that would restrict one from re-entering the U.S with an advance parole?

and for who is waiting, we heard from the lawyers that USCIS will not receive cases in August/23 to work on the backlog they have, maybe more people will have good news soon!

Did anyone ever use airport transit visa in Europe or UK?
So I just heard about Airport Transit Visas in European countries and the UK. The exemption is if you have a US visa or GC. Has anyone ever transited through these countries and was allowed to board with AP? In my thinking, advance parole serves as a visa right?
