Hello guys, my case was approved on Wednesday last week, and on Thursday approval notice was mailed. As at today, card hasn’t been mailed out to me yet. Does anyone has experienced similar matter? Cos as for my I-765 it was mailed out on the 3rd day.

how long after i130 approval does your i485 gets approved?

I just got an update and i130 was approved. how long do I have to wait till my i485 also gets approved? my interview was waived by the way. and I got my i765 in January after expediting my priority date is September 20th 2022

Filing n400 with I-751 pending

Generally, is it advisable to file n400 with I-751 pending? I filed I-751 in October 2022, and I am eligible to file for n400 this September 2023 per some readings I did on the USCIS website. Does filing n400 slow i751 processing? Should I go ahead and apply for n400 or wait for some time? please any advice will greatly be appreciated.

GOT SECOND INTERVIEW NOTICE IN MAIL TODAY. WE HAD OUR FIRST INTERVIEW 10 DAYS AGO

The notice says I 485 notice to appear for an interview. It says what documents to bring. there is an attached notice says G56 call in notice says YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. THIS CAME FROM NY FIELD OFFICE. GOT SAME NOTICE FOR same I485 FROM NBC BUT IT DOESNT HAVE A G56 ATTACHED PLEASE ADVISE

Hi there, I just want to share my timeline and good news to encourage everyone in the waiting process. This can be stressful at times but knowing the average processing time at your field office will be helpful in knowing when you should become more hopeful for an interview or an approval . I did same especially knowing very well that the Brooklyn field office was very slow as at the time I filed and therefore did not expect any interview let alone approval soon. If you happen to have a work authorization, go ahead and find work as that will also help you stay off thinking about you green card approval. I’m down to answer questions! Opening a US bank account - request for updated I-94

Hi everyone, I’m married to a USC, currently in the process of obtaining LPR. I received my EAD last month, SSN this month. I tried opening a joint bank account with my husband today, only to be told I need to provide an updated I-94 (my most recent I-94 is based on my previous visa so is no longer current; I changed status inside the US). Is this even a thing? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks to anyone who is able to help!

Has anyone on here had any bad experience traveling with convo card at Atlanta airport. I’m traveling this week to Jamaica for a wedding. updated: The experience was seamless, no issues, my lawyer advise me it’s best to wait for greencard hence my worries. please use you advance parole if you have one.
