how long after i130 approval does your i485 gets approved?
I just got an update and i130 was approved. how long do I have to wait till my i485 also gets approved?
my interview was waived by the way. and I got my i765 in January after expediting my priority date is September 20th 2022

@him him i submitted my first RFE on dec 16th and they approved my I-130 after 7 months since i did not submit my medical in the beginning now they ask for me to send it

@him him if you have the Combo card which is the Advance Parole you can travel but to make sure ask a lawyer what you need to do

@🙏🏿 🙏🏿🙏🏿 I don't have a combo card I only have the EAD just got off the phone with an agent and she or he says the i485 has been approved. but I can't see it in my account just yet. I guess I have to give it time and see. I only see that my wife's i130 has been approved
