green card approval within 9 months!
I’m so happy! although my EAD just got approve and now my green card is approve too!
here is my timeline
11/07/2022 receipt for 765/130/485 (I sent 693 along with them)
11/25 biometric
3/29/2023 485 RFE for 693(medical). I do not know why, because I sent my medical at the beginning. but I still send another one to NBC
4/5/2023 my RFE received by NBC
6/21/2023 I contact Emma because my RFE has been over 60 days and still not hear back. Emma give me a referral number and say officer should contact me within 30 days.
7/20/2023 my EAD was approve, 485 has been review, and in the USCIS account, I received a Courtesy Letter of Application in my document.
this letter is basically saying my 693 deficiency, but no reason is being listed. Then I contact Emma and emma told me my case has transferred to Houston Field Office on 7/20/2023. Emma say just wait, and FO will send me notice if they need further evidence.
7/29/2023 my I-130 is actively reviewing
7/30/2023 my I-485 approve (conditional green card)
7/31/2023 my I-130 approve
so everything got approve within 9 months! Hooray!

Renew 131 Ap when I-485 is still pending
My travel document expires in 3 months and I was wondering if there is a fee for renewal? Do you guys have any suggestions what documents I need to mail when I renew 131? (supporting documents)
I have a pending i-485. Also where should I mail my renewal documents? Anyone has the same experience?

VAWA processing out of the country
Does anyone here who is processing vawa out of the state and choose the consular processing and had the interview because I wonder if 10 years bar applies if the petition out of the country as I know it’s not a problem when you are inside the country please share your experience it’s pretty important

How to Change my Status from LPR to US citizen on USCIS
Hello Guys, I have applied for my Husband’s visa I 130 for almost 4 years now, my case was approved 5 months back but haven’t got to the NVC. I had to do a I 184 petition and I haven’t heard anything from them either.
So I became a US citizen today and how should I update my status from LPR to US citizen? Will it get automatically updated or should I do something about it??

Medical RFE for Boston Field Office

Those who have sent medical RFE to Boston Field Office, how long will it take to get update on case status?
Did your case status update when they issued your medical RFE?
My case status hasn’t been updated since May 2023, yet beginning of this month, I received my medical RFE and I have mailed out my medical RFE to Boston Office.
Zipcode for Boston Field Office is 02203, however where mail delivered is zipcode 02114.
I have USPS delivery receipt. I am confused. These two zip codes are next to each other in Boston.
How do I confirm they received if my case status doesn’t get update soon?

my case moved forward after I interfile my I693 without official RFE,
they received the medical on the 17 July and on the 19 July it was attached to my file.
my I130 was approved on 29th of July on my first actively review and approval was found at documents section.
i485 was approved on the 30th of July.
i overwhelmed them with a lot of evidence and I made use of my unsolicited evidence portal.
